    Stainless steel corrugated heat exchange pipe series

     

    Stainless steel corrugated heat exchange pipe is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchange pipe to replace tubular exchanger pipe. Stainless steel corrugated heat exchange pipe has the following advantages: 


    The concave-convex surface of the corrugated pipe enables the fluid to form strong turbulence in the pipe, thereby greatly improving the heat exchange coefficient of the inner and outer surfaces, and improving the overall heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger by 2-3 times compared with that of tubular exchanger;


    Expanding with heat and contracting with cold, the corrugated pipe may conduct self-cleaning to avoid scaling, and self-compensate thermal stress generated by temperature difference; 


    Due to its compensation function, the safe and durable corrugated pipe may reduce thermal stress of pipe sheet and avoid leakage caused by rupture of pipe orifice; 


    The corrugated pipe is made of thin-walled stainless steel strip, which may greatly reduce the weight of the product, save materials, reduce cost and obviously increase economic benefits.
